•Maintain accurate QuickManage load, customer, carrier and cost data
•Work with dispatch to correct missing or incorrect load information
•Prepare reliable daily and weekly QuickManage reports
•Organize invoices, receipts and load documents
•Find and resolve reporting discrepancies
