Responsibilities
- •Must know how to use tms MVMNT
- •Ability to review and process carrier invoices, rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other load-related documents.
- •Ability to track outstanding invoices, aging reports, scheduled payments, and payment discrepancies.
- • Experience communicating with brokers, carriers, factoring companies, and customers regarding invoices and payments.
- •Can work with factoring companies.
- •Can work with MVMNT / Data Truck and other transportation management or load-management platforms (preferable).
- •Strong attention to detail and ability to identify invoice, payment, and documentation discrepancies
- •Ability to prepare financial reports, payment summaries, and aging reports
- •Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
