Responsibilities

• •Manage and support assigned drivers to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient load deliveries from origin to destination
• •Coordinate daily operations between drivers and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, including delays, breakdowns, route changes, or customer-related concerns
• •Assign available loads to drivers within the team, ensuring optimal distribution of work and maximizing operational efficiency
• •Monitor driver performance and support them in achieving their weekly gross revenue targets
• •Act as the primary point of contact for drivers throughout their trips, providing real-time problem-solving and operational support
• •Collaborate closely with planners responsible for booking loads to ensure alignment between load availability, driver capacity, and scheduling needs
