Responsibilities
- •• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from defining the candidate profile to onboarding. • Actively source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels. • Conduct initial and in-depth interviews. • Assess candidates’ professional qualifications and personal competencies. • Handle a high volume of applications and candidates. • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database. • Guide and support candidates throughout the entire hiring process. • Achieve established recruitment KPIs. • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment and vacancy closure. • Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing channels and improve recruitment performance.
Required Skills
• Proven experience in recruitment is required. • Strong English communication skills are mandatory. • Experience independently managing and successfully closing vacancies. • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs. • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a high level of responsibility. • Willingness to work evening/night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
