Responsibilities

•Monitor and track all shipments in real-time to ensure timely deliveries.
•Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding load status, delays, or exceptions.
•Update shipment records, driver logs, and delivery confirmations accurately in the system.
•Handle any shipment issues, including reroutes, driver assistance, and customer updates.
