Responsibilities
- •Prepare and process customer invoices.
- •Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding payments.
- •Track and record customer payments.
- •Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- •Work with DataTruck TMS and verify billing information.
- •Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch on billing issues.
- •Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of AR, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.Experience with DataTruck TMS is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Required Languages
English
